Fitness & Skill Coaching

As someone who started their fitness journey avoiding exercise, it's a little odd that it's such a huge part of my life now - but it all comes down to finding different, fun, and better ways to take care of and utilize the amazing machine that is our body.  My own journey has taken me through many kinds of training and movement, as well as learning some things the hard way.  Tell me your goals and ideas and let's work together to help you achieve them.

In order to help in as many ways as I can, I offer coaching at gyms or studios, your home or workplace, or virtually.  If you have any questions or aren't sure what might work, contact me - let's talk through ideas!

What would training look like?

  • Class Structures
    • How many people & what format of class?  Choosing the right structure will ensure you get what you need out of coaching.

  • Training Goals
    • What do you aim to accomplish?  Then I can adjust the content to your focus and wants.

  • Modalities
    • What is the best method/apparatus to achieve your goal?

Class Structures

Workshop - an engaging structured course focused on a particular apparatus and/or skill area to offer to your community.  These can also be custom created for your event!  Typically 1 to 3 hours in length.  Reach out to talk options, for more information on those I have taught before.

1-1 - a customized training session for your individual goals - from general fitness through to choreography design and technique. Typically 1 to 1.5 hours in length.

Private Class - for you and a small group to focus on you!

Team Building - grow together through learning a new, challenging, fun skill. I can come to you and bring my own eqpmt.

Party - whether it's a Birthday, Bachelorette, or even Divorce party - stepping out of your comfort zone and having some fun learning can be a great way to celebrate

Goals

What would you like to achieve through training?

  • Mobility - anything from touching your toes to backbends and splits (I can recommend a few great contortion coaches for further training)

  • Strength - general full body ability, or specific goals such as pullups, or certain pole or aerial moves

  • Specific skills - technique and extension, flow and transitions, performance and choreography, etc.

  • Team Building or Couples - focusing on working and learning together

  • Specialized - let's talk and design something just for you :)
